• Your shooting dates, or your post-production window
• The deliverables: stereo, 5.1, broadcast specs
• Where the edit stands

For a question about an app

• The app and its version number (About menu)
• Your operating system and its version
• What you did, what happened, what you expected
• If a file is the problem: its sample rate, its channel count, and the recorder it came from
• If it's a licence or a download: the email address used on the order
