A transfer link for your edit files. We're notified as soon as your upload lands, and we confirm within one business day that everything is there.
What to include
- An AAF or an OMF — it carries your edit, track by track. See how to export one from DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, or watch the tutorial at the bottom of this page.
- An MP4 of the sequence — our picture reference, starting at the same point as the edit.
- A PDF of your notes, if you have any — intent, direction, anything to watch for.
For a large project, write to us before you upload: a sample is usually enough for us to scope the work and agree on a schedule. It saves starting a multi-hour transfer twice.

Name your upload after the subject of the message you sent us, so we can match the file to your question.
Include the file that fails, a screenshot of the error, and the version number shown in the app's About menu.
As soon as your upload lands, we're notified. We'll confirm that everything is there — or tell you what's missing — and then we'll agree on the deadline.
