All products sold on this Site are digital products, sold through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, provided that:

the license key or software has not been used in a manner inconsistent with normal evaluation (e.g., used in a commercial production for the full 14-day period);
the request is submitted within the 14-day window from the date of purchase.

A trial period is also offered for each software product prior to purchase, allowing you to verify compatibility and suitability before buying.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle directly through their support portal, or contact us at info@1khz.ca and we will forward your request to Paddle for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
